The Hermanitos Association, a legal entity governed by private law, aiming at hiring professionals for a fixed period, in the Consolidation Regime of Labor Laws – CLT, opens a selection process for 04 job vacancies.

Seeking to strengthen our actions with Venezuelan refugees, we are expanding our team in the area of Labor Insertion so we are selecting:
1) Project Coordinator in the Labor Insertion area
Requirements : Higher level with experience in Projects and Processes, Domain of the Office package, Experience with bank management of resumes, capture of vacancies and interaction with Industries, Commerce, Employer Systems, SINE, knowledge of the legislation of hiring foreigners. Report writing.
Desirable : Experience in Third Sector institutions, strong interaction with industry, commerce and employers, and communicating in the Spanish language.
2) Project Analyst – Labor Insertion
Requirements: Higher education level, with experience in serving the public, curriculum development, professional profile analysis, guidance for job candidates, experience with selection and referral to the job market.
Desirable : Experience with dynamics and motivational activities. Articulation with HR networks of companies and communicate in Spanish.
3) Project Analyst – Awareness and Interaction with Companies
Requirements: Higher level, with experience in serving the public, visiting companies to articulate and attract partnerships. Organization of events and knowledge of the legislation for hiring foreigners.
Desirable : Articulation with HR networks of companies, strong interaction with industry, commerce and employers and communicate in Spanish.

4) Project Assistant
Requirements: Medium Level, experience in administrative routines in the accounting, finance, HR, indicators and accountability and domain of the Office package.
Desirable : Communicate in Spanish. Administrative experience in the third sector will be a differential.

Requirements: Higher level, with experience in business structuring, training of entrepreneurs, preparation and monitoring of entrepreneurship projects and business plan. Organization of events and fundraising through public notices.
Desirable: Articulation with the local entrepreneurship ecosystem and strong interaction with institutions related to supporting entrepreneurship such as SEBRAE, AFEAM, Innovation Ecosystem, State and Municipal Secretariat and communicate in Spanish.

Available areas : Administrative / Financial, Operational, Labor Agent, Relationship with Companies, Entrepreneurship, Customer Service, Home Visits, Project Monitoring, Field Agents.

Requirements : Any area of knowledge, complete documentation (proven) and availability for immediate start.
Desirable : Have experience in social projects, mastery of the Office Package, ability to work as a team and commitment to meeting goals. Good communication in Portuguese and Spanish (speaking and writing) is a plus.
